Happy Birthday mummy!

I've been sick for the past 2 days, having high fever that comes and goes. It's been a while since I've been so ill. I'm just glad I feel slightly better today!

Yesterday was mummy's birthday. My fever didn't stop me from celebrating with my family! We had a japanese buffet dinner at Shin Minori, UE square. Here are some of the happy moments captured!

We love lazy Sundays! Just lying on the bed, cool marble floor... Playing mobile games, randomly surfing and watching movies!

And we finally checked out the bistro near bedok reservoir. Love the place! Very chill and it offers an amazing view of the reservoir. We caught the scenic sight just before it became too dark. Feels so tranquil just looking at it.

Don don and Ben ben are the cutest. Love their innocence and happiest smiles. They seem to be contented with the littlest of things. I guess that's how children are... We adults should learn more from them!

It's been a week since I got back from Bangkok! It was an awesome trip with the girls. We shopped and ate sooo much.

We stayed at baiyoke boutique hotel which was fairly decent. It wasn't the most luxurious hotel but it won us over with its convenient location near platinum mall. Kinda wished it was less run down, smelled better and had a better toilet bowl!

Over the short three days, we shopped at platinum mall, naraya, chatuchak, MBK and pratunam. That was enough to make us happy and super exhausted! =D The Thai food we had at platinum and MBK foodcourt was yummy yummy!

Bangkok tomorrow!

I'm flying to Bangkok tomorrow! Woohoo! Can't believe it's happening.

This trip's gonna be amazing. I'm traveling with my favourite girls Ame and Joy. It's our first time travelling together and we're gonna have loads of crazy fun! I can't wait to document the highlights of our trip.

I foresee lots of shopping, haggling, eating and relaxing massages. Pure bliss =D

We're a privileged bunch. My balcony offers the best sunset views. I enjoyed watching today's sunset with ben ben. In his childhood innocence, he was telling me how he loves the blue sky and the shape-shifting clouds. I do too... So very much.
