(DIY) January's projects done!

I'm happy to update that I accomplished the two DIY projects for January! Yay! *clap*

Though they're two really simple projects, I find it a great start. To me, I feel like I'm making progress with my resolution to do more DIY this year. =D

Here's the two projects!

1. Customized notebook using scrapbook paper.

I made one for Yilynn's birthday pressie. This is in line with my other resolution to give more thoughtful gifts to my friends =)

2. Instagram wall art.

This was created using my wedding Instagram photos! Love love love this. It's such a meaningful project that serves like a memory wall to G and I.

Anyways, this week I was inspired to find and make some gift tags for the Valentine's day pressies for my friends. As I was looking for ideas online, I chanced upon a party blog called 'Bird's Party Blog'. Great place with loads of awesome party ideas and free printables for decor! I was truly inspired. Can't wait to visit the blog more often!
