Ethereal moments

I just had the most perfect day. Had my gown fitting and first make up trial at Jawn's and it was a really, really good experience. This is why weddings can be so fun!

It was the first time I met my make up artist, Lolent. He was this really coolly dressed dude with super funky hair! According to him, some people
think his hair is too 'fierce'. I think it's awesome though! He has a nice, warm personality, with no airs at all. Feel totally at ease with him and that I can trust him. And I love that he gave me very good, sound and honest advice after I shared with him what I wanted. Can tell he's really experienced!

The trial outcome? Gorgeous, natural make up that really complements my features and gowns. And I really really love the hairdo he did for me. Has the ethereal, mythical feel to it. Moreover, it includes braids! My favourite =D

Really feel blessed to have my mum, sis and sophie accompany me for the fitting. Love that they are part of my wedding journey. <3

Felt really surreal to try on my gowns with my actual make up. So this is what I'm gonna look like on the most important day of my life. Felt really pretty and light headed hehe.

It was fun picking out the jewellery to wear too! My designer and MUA were so excited about the gorgeous and cheap costume jewellery my mum got from shanghai. I'm gonna use them since my mum picked them out and they totally fit with all the looks. Happy!
