I spent the awesome weekend celebrating my birthday with my friends.
The original SPRING l&l team celebrated Tricia's and my birthday at Raymond's on Saturday. Ray cooked us super delish ribeye steak and we even had oysters and lots of red wine. The steak was soooo good I was slowly savouring every mouthful of it. The night ended with us randomly doing the myers briggs personality test one by one. Interesting to find out about each other's personality analysis. We had a good laugh over Maliga's category, to which noble individuals like Mother Theresa, Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela belonged. I found out that I'm an ISFJ and I've changed from before! Supposedly, this means I'm someone who needs to feel needed and I can get easily bullied by others. Oh nooooo. Is that really true?
Anyways, I celebrated my birdy day with the ij babes today. Had brunch at Epicurious, which served decent (and sinful) eggs Benedict but it still can't beat rider's! I was really touched my Ame's present - A collage of all the photos of us together... Including some really stupid photos of myself hehe. I realized as we grow older, such gifts become alot more meaningful. I'm really loving anything that documents the best memories of our lives.
Gerald's birthday is on Tuesday... And I just spent the past 2 hours making something for him. I decided that was definitely better than watching some Korean/US drama and spacing out. It's been a while since I DIY-ed something so I'm really happy with what I made! Can't wait to give the surprise to him =) I must say... DIY projects are really loads of fun.
